In 2012 however, this New Year brings something particularly special for Accolade of London. 2012 marks Accolade’s 25th anniversary as the leading professional wedding planner in Indianapolis.
For a quarter century, Indianapolis area brides have seen the dreams of their perfect wedding come true by turning to the unique, unparalleled professionalism and experience of my company, Accolade of London, to plan their wedding. Many hundreds of weddings in those 25 years have left me with great memories, golden professional relationships with like-minded bridal professionals, seasoned insight, and – perhaps most importantly – renewed enthusiasm and commitment to continue bringing all of these assets within an environment of impeccable professionalism to new brides-to-be in Indianapolis.
It seems like only yesterday that I planned my first wedding: My own! In May of 1986, I coordinated the arrival, accommodations, and transportation of friends and family arriving into London, England from points as dispersed as Los Angeles, San Diego, Indianapolis, Philadelphia, and New Delhi! From events like the afternoon ladies tea at the iconic Ritz Hotel, the week of numerous fun-filled dinners with guests from around the globe, the 15th-Century Chapel ceremony and the countryside reception that went on and on, I found myself thriving as I planned all of the details. It was this experience that inspired me to bring this attention to detail and passion for the task to Indianapolis brides by establishing Accolade of London.
We are excited as we begin this special year in the history of our business.
